“I bought a 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe back in April of 2019 and I have to say what a nightmare. Truck is been nothing but headaches from early on, maybe around 30,000 everything went down hill. Not only has the truck been a nightmare but their customer service has been horrible when going in for services under warranty, they make you feel as your begging for free stuff. I’ve even been told to just take the truck back to where I bought it. I can’t believe they are not able to know that I bought the truck new from them and every service I’ve ever done has been done by them. I would recommend to go elsewhere. They were unbelievably nice when I made the purchase, everything after that I feel as I’ve been treated unfairly even after I was sold an unreliable vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from them or a Chevrolet for that matter. I also just had a new engine put in at 60,000 miles and my truck was returned with damage to my front grill, scratches to my front fender, front license plate holder is broken and the liner under the hood ripped. FYI, even tho this truck has given us nothing but trouble “mechanically” we have always babied her. It’s been garaged since day one. This is unacceptable but it doesn’t surprise me. Stay away from Riverside Chevrolet. Pictures are after I received my truck back after over 6 weeks from an engine replacement.”
