“The service was great! The atsmosphere was great as well. I just branded out after 8 Toyotas. Wasn’t happy with the purchase of the amenities such as apps and navigation, remote start..etc . Trying the new Genesis. We’ll see how this works.”

“Update- I refused to accept the car with the repair shown below. Lexus management reviewed the repair work and asked me to leave the car with them to have the work re-done. I picked it up today and it looks back to new. Fitment of the bumper has been corrected and the it was repainted- now with no overspray. I'm told they fired the painting contractor that worked on my car initially. They let me keep the loaner car through this 6 week process.
Overall I think they fixed the issue- so I am increasing my star rating to 4.

I went in for a cracked grill on my Lexus IS 350 and was told that that my bumper Clips had broken requiring bumper and grill replacement. It took more than three weeks for a new bumper/grill to be installed and for the car to be painted. When I received the car, there was overspray of paint on the plastic pieces of the grill, very poor pre-paint prep work with dust and particulate matter underneath the paint prior to painting. Completely unacceptable workmanship.
Not to mention the cost of repair for just the grill and the bumper and have it painted was close to $3000. Insane.
Communication with the service representatives was extremely poor. I messaged almost every day but had no response to text or calls for multiple days in a row.
I complained about the workmanship and refused to take my car until it was fixed. I'm still waiting.
I definitely did not expect this level of treatment from a Lexus dealership, particularly when I'm paying so much money.
I hope they fix the poor workmanship. If they do, I will remove this review.”
