“Something fell from a bridge not far from Arapaho Road several days ago and destroyed my driver's side mirror. It was almost 4 in the afternoon but I drove up to Lute Riley anyway, hoping they could at least remove the pieces while I waited for a part to come in and get an appointment. That is not what happened. The service advisor, Jeremy Anzaldua, personally found the part and had the team install it. I was out of there in a couple of hours. The price was incredibly reasonable for the damage done, and I was on my way with a new mirror in short order. I do not have enough space to say how pleased I am with Mr. Anzaldua getting me back on the road safely and so quickly. He was absolutely professional and rid me of the fear that this was going to be incredibly expensive up front. All the repair team were kind, attentive, and also professional. I purchased my CRV from Lute Riley a couple of years ago and have had only positive experiences with their service.
