“Easy and convenient from making the appointment, dropoff, and tracking status of the maintenance on my car. I appreciate that the service desk is consistently staffed with the same guys that are knowledgeable and friendly. The video inspection during the service is super helpful.”

“$230 for a Routine Oil Change! I went in for a basic synthetic oil change and tire rotation at 8:00 AM, but the simple service took an inexcusable 2.5 hours. They showed me a list of "recommended treatments," and while I declined most, I agreed to the fuel treatment. When I finally checked out, the total bill was $230. When I asked why, the service writer stated the synthetic oil change alone costs $160. I have never paid more than $90 anywhere else. Yes, shame on me for not understanding that the "Recommended Service Menu" is not a recommend it is their only 3 options: $230, $340, or $400. I would not recommend this place for any services.”

“Akeem truly was the BEST. He was so kind and considerate of our goals, budget and what we truly needed in a vehicle. He was incredibly honest and transparent throughout the entire process. I appreciate someone who’s upfront about what’s happening and not leaving me to ask the questions. I never felt like I was being “pushed around” or anything at any point during the process, which I think is a common fear when you’re buying a car. His communication skills were top notch and I was never wondering what was going on or where things were at. Truly a 10/10 experience with him, his kindness and candor is something we really valued! Can’t recommend this team any more! 🤍”
