“For the most part everyone I have dealt with has been professional. Unfortunately I have tried to bring my car in for service three separate times each time the experience was not pleasant. First time I went I tried to schedule an appointment to check a noise I was hearing. I stopped in expecting maybe a week or two waiting period, but was told I couldn’t get in for about two months. Second time was for a general service (oil change, maybe check the air filter), once again I was told about a month wait. Then today my car threw five different warning lights, car told me to drive at a slower speed and go to a dealership immediately. I walk in get what seemed to be an annoyed and forced greeting, explained my car is throwing every light and I asked if it was possible to at least have it plugged into the computer to see if it was something very concerning. I was told instantly that I couldn’t not be seen today whatsoever and that they could schedule me two to three months. I was in no way expecting a fix the day of or even the week or month of. I just simply needed a scan to figure out if I could drive it home or if I needed a tow truck. I want to try and bring my business back but after all of these lacking experiences I’m at a loss. I’ve heard almost nothing but good things about the Dolan company and this dealership but I have yet to experience it for myself.”
