She put $1000 down on a car but was told it's not ready to leave the lot come back in 10 days, 10 days later it's still not ready but It turns out it has a bad transmission so they offer her a different car but still she has to wait cause the car wasn't ready that day. 4 weeks from the day she first gave them money still no car so she decided not to do business with them and requested a refund of her down payment. She was then given only $500 of it back when told it was $1000 they asked if she even had a receipt. But I had told her hang on to the ones she was give she proved she was owed $1000 and then they finally handed over the other $500”
