“Many unanticipated repairs needed were identified at a service visit. Quite expensive. The customer service was respectful and responsive. Offered a loaner for 2 days which was great since I live one hour away. I love my 10 year old Q5. Thanks to Angel I can safely drive it for several more years!”

“Had a great experience with Daniel Morales who is knowledgeable about Audi products and how to find what we were looking for. Also followed our wishes and was transparent about the process . I came by without an appointment 2 hours from closing to consider a purchase for my wife who was coming a half hour later. He catered to my requests without hesitation and pulled my 3 top choices all next to each other for her to compare. When those weren’t quite right he listened to the feedback and found what she was looking for in a back lot. Excellent buying experience.”

“My experience at Audi Reno Tahoe was seamless. Tanner, in sales, reached out to me as soon as they took in a vehicle he knew I wanted. It was the make, model & color I’d been hoping for. I went to the lot the same day, test drove it, and knew I wanted to buy it. I got pre-approved through 2 different financial institutions, but wanted to get approved through a 3rd because they offered a lower interest rate. When the 3rd credit union wasn’t getting back to me in a timely manner Tanner reached out and was able to get us approved the same day. Our experience with Tanner & the dealership as a whole was fantastic!”
