β€œI just recently purchased a vehicle from Reidsville Nissan. I was referred by my mother to a sales man names Eugene. He did a wonderful job with helping me find a car. I am now having some issues with the car and have brought it to the service department 3 different times. The first two time they were unable to duplicate the noise, the second time i caught an audio recording and video then took it to the service department. I was told by one of the service guys that the recording sounded like the Tensionator Pulley may need to be replaced. It made the noise for a split second in the shop. They asked me if I could bring it back and let it stay over night they kept it two days and then told me they still have not been able to duplicate the noise. The problem may need to get worse before it can be fixed. That is not a good feeling to be left with on a car that you have had less then 30 days. I have reached back out to the sales man and he keeps sending me back to service. I am very disappointed.”

Dan was super helpful & right when we were ready to abandon ship, he insisted we took a final look & that car was the jackpot. Dan knows what he’s doing. John was a super big help with understanding all the big words in contracts & how the finances would work. 10/10 Looooove the Reidsville Nissan & their team. What would normally be a huge stressful process, was made extremely comfortable & worry-free.”
