“Worse car buying experience I have ever had. They dragged their feet, shady sales practices, and just completely rude after their business with you is completed. Took them over two weeks to deliver my vehicle after down payment; they blamed it on the finance company. They are taking longer then usual provide my registration and plate and are blaming it on my state; I know people that work the dmv in my state, it wasn’t the state it was them taking longer to send it to my state. Before you do business with these people please go over everything don’t just allow them to tell you anything. And the fact that the “manager” was rude when all I did was ask about paperwork I shoulda received a month ago is insane to me.”

After that, I went inside to turn in my keys, and the inspection time was roughly 20 minutes. The closing process took only about 10 minutes, and we shook hands to finalize the deal. Overall, it was a very simple, easy, and fair experience with great people and service. I would rate it a solid 10/10!”

Text him about half way to confirm the car was at the location I was heading to so I did not go to the wrong location. He confirmed. I get there and he tells me that they sold the car.
