“I had an outstanding experience with the service department, and I can’t say enough great things about Audrey. From start to finish, she took phenomenal care of me. She was incredibly responsive, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made sure I always knew what was going on with my vehicle.
On top of that, Audrey was genuinely pleasant to work with — professional, kind, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything being done. Most importantly, she was fair and transparent, which is something you don’t always find.
It’s clear she truly cares about her customers. Because of Audrey, I’ll absolutely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend asking for her if you want someone who will go above and beyond.”

“I was very pleased with the workmanship with my 2011 Avenger. I was driving with no heat which was due to a leaking Heater Core. I had taken my car to the Chrysler dealer in Woodhaven. After leaving my car there I was told it would take 2-3 weeks before they would even bring it in to diagnose it. I went back to pick it up. I called Snethkamp Chrysler to see how long it would take to diagnose and repair my car. Their answer was it would take a few days to diagnose and then repair it. I was so satisfied with everything from start to finish, that it only took 11day and that including to have to send digital photos to my warranty that he. we had purchased when we bought our car. I would recommend Snethkamp Chrysler to everyone who needs work done on their cars, vans, jeeps and Rams. I give this Dealer 100%.”

“I been trying not to make this review. I have reached out to corporate, sent letters, but still no response. I want to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the theft of my 2020 Dodge Durango, which occurred less than 24 hours after I left it for service at Bill Snethkamp Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (11600 Telegraph Rd., Redford Township, MI 48239) on March 17, 2025. Tragically, I later learned the vehicle had been involved in a fatal accident.
Although the company insurance covered the vehicle's value, I do not feel I have been made whole. From the start, I was treated more as a suspect than a victim, despite clear negligence on the dealership’s part. As a recent breast cancer survivor, I rely heavily on dependable transportation for medical appointments and physical therapy. When I requested a loaner vehicle, I was denied, leaving me without essential support during a critical time.Due to the dealership’s lack of transparency, I obtained the police report myself. It confirmed that keys were left inside vehicles in the service bay, and that an employee had noticed an empty blocker space but chose not to act, admitting he was “lazy” after a long day. The report also notes that the thief exited through a narrow passage with precision—suggesting familiarity with the premises. I'm still with out transportation and no-one still hasn't reached to me. My husband and I have been loyal Dodge customers for years. We expected better care, responsibility, and respect from your brand and its representatives. I respectfully requested that Dodge conduct a thorough review of this matter and consider an appropriate resolution, including an acknowledgment of wrongdoing and any goodwill assistance available. I Miss my truck”
