“I walked into American Auto In Rayville, Louisiana and met Miss Make It Happen Terri Taylor And the owner Nikki Fredericks They were so kind! Terri Taylor answered all my questions. She showed me a Toyota Highlander that I loved and showed me how I could get in it and drop off today in the vehicle. She also showed me how to trade in my own vehicle and keep my payments the same what a nice place to visit.”

“If you’re looking for a dealership that will treat you with disrespect, look no further. I strongly advise against doing business here. While shopping for a 2019 Corolla, the owner openly berated me in front of my wife and young child simply because I pointed out several issues with the vehicle. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The experience was so toxic that the salesperson working with us quit the same day. She later called me to personally apologize for the owner’s conduct. To make matters worse, we learned they had offered the same vehicle for $12,500 just the week before, but refused to negotiate from their asking price of $14,100 for us. The entire process showed a clear lack of respect for customers and basic business ethics. This is a dealership I would never recommend. Poor customer service, inflexible pricing, and an owner who berates potential buyers is a combination that makes them unworthy of your time or business. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. We were able to find ourselves a much better deal at another dealership… priced at 17,800… just in case the owner (pictured below) claims I can’t afford a vehicle again :)”
