“I found a vehicle I liked at Mastria VW which is 2 hours from my home. I contacted the dealership and they had the car out front when we arrived. I was introduced to Luis, he showed us the features. On the test drive he answered all my questions and wanted to make sure the vehicle met our needs. Then comes the part everybody hates, the negotiation. Luis did not do the sales manager shuffle.
