āMastria Subaru is the best. The service department listens and addresses everything I ask them to. Rui is a great department manager, and his team works well together. (Shout out for putting up with my annoying jokes! š) They are all friendly, respectful, and extremely competent. I wouldn't take my Subaru anywhere else, and I wouldn't buy from anyone else! Just picked up my beautiful new Subie yesterday! Thank you, Craig Martin, and Alex, the sales manager, for all your help. I went in there knowing what I wanted to see, and ultimately, knowing exactly what I wanted. Craig got me the exact car, trim, and color I wanted, and it's a beauty!! Looks like you are all stuck listening to my bad jokes for the forseeable future!ā

Matt Ryan clearly explained the work that was needed to be done, patiently answered my questions and provided some recommendations when asked. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the overall customer service was great. I'm grateful for the team who was able to diagnosis the problem with my car and repair it! āThis Subaru rocks! Bruce was amazing from the start. Heās been there for 5 years, and thereās a reason for this retention. Subaru is smart because high turn over in sales is/can be awful for a manager. From the start Bruce was fully knowledgeable from top to bottom about the car I wanted. He was respectful to me as a woman and I felt like it didnāt matter. In fact he was delighted to find I could talk tech and mechanics! :) Chris the manager even came out and told me all about the engine.
I went to some local āotherā brand of car in Dartmouth and Falmouth and those guys didnāt know their product and really had no interest in me as a customer, one sales guy actually tried with me about something mechanical. I donāt do ego in this life as I run. And I ran. Their shortcomings gave this Subaru my $$.
Subaru - with Bruce and Chris gave me everything I was looking for. Love my Crosstrek! See you for an oil change in a bit fellas! FYI too! Thereās actually a female sales gal too on the floor! Gahead!ā

āMy husband has a 2025 Subaru Forester that he purchased at Mastria car dealership in Raynham, Mass. we had gone in for service of his car and while I was there had a brief conversation with Rui Mastria the Service manager about the Crosstreck models. I have a 10 year old car that was paid off and I am 70 years old and thought that would be my last car. Mind you I had no intentions in buying a car but when I saw the Crosstreck model I fell in love. I am well aware of the positive service my husband gets when buying cars from this dealership and the service afterwards. So I drove the Crosstrek and then sat with the salesman Bruce Grabert the manager Alex SierraI originally wanted the limited model but it did not have the color I wanted but the premium model had the offshore blue and it is a beauty. So within three days I have my new car. I pick it up today and sat with the finance guy H. Sarikov to go over extended protection plan and then with Jay Barbosa on the ins and outs of the technology of the car. When you spend this kind of money you want to feel happy you made the right decision. I have to say I am extremely happy. The team work from this dealership is astounding and I am proud to now me a Subaru owner. So if you use numbers to rate my experience it is a 10!ā
