He showed me all the features of the car during the test drive and helped us get a good deal on the car and my trade-in. Definitely recommend buying a Mitsubishi from this dealership! I visited this dealership after seeing a vehicle advertised online for $21,998. I was supposed to receive $1,000 off based on a text message from the dealership. I worked with Anthony Melendez, who provided a printed worksheet reflecting a selling price of $21,998 the advertised price but the $1,000 discount was not applied, and there was no clear written explanation about why it wasnโt honored.
When I requested a full breakdown, the paperwork did not include important details such as APR, total amount financed, or a complete Buyerโs Order. The discussion seemed focused on structuring a monthly payment rather than clearly explaining how the final price and financing were calculated.
Additionally, I contacted Global Lending directly the same day to confirm financing activity, and they confirmed they had not received any application or information from this dealership using my details.
Transparency is crucial when making a major financial decision. I strongly encourage future buyers to request a complete Buyerโs Order, confirm any advertised discounts, and independently verify financing before proceeding.โ

I had a very disappointing experience with Route 17 Mitsubishi.
When I purchased my vehicle on September 19, the dealership included all-weather floor mats as part of my signed contract, which was agreed to and signed by management. I was told the dealership would provide and pay for them.
Since then, I have made numerous calls trying to get this resolved and have received no follow-through. The mats were never provided, and no reimbursement was offered. The issue was brought to management, including the General Manager, and it still was not honored.
This is not about a misunderstanding โ it is about failing to honor a written agreement and then ignoring the customer afterward. Once the sale was complete, communication stopped.
I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. If something is promised in writing, make sure it is actually delivered โ or be prepared to chase it yourself.โ

I left at approx 1pm that day
And came back with my neighbor and purchased a second vehicle
I'm retired on the job
And respect and how someone is treated goes a long way in my book

Let me add Lewis the mechanic came out to assist me with a few things .. nothing mechanical he just saw me attempting to put information into the system and did everything for me ...
He also gave me information on Mitsubishi since this would be the 1st Mitsubishi in the family
My son was extremely happy when he got home from work.
