ā€œāāāāā A++ I just purchased a Ford Bronco Wildtrak V6 from Frances at BMW of Ramsey in NJ, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Frances was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with. The process was smooth, transparent, and stress free, which is not always easy to find when buying a car. The Bronco Wildtrak V6 is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the overall experience. I highly recommend working with Frances and BMW of Ramsey.ā€

ā€œI am beyond disappointed with my experience with BMW of Ramsey. Having had several experiences with numerous different BMW sales and Service centers in the past, this dealer does not uphold integrity, quality, trustworthiness, or appreciation like a BMW dealer should. I spent over a year looking specifically for a low mileage, Alpine White, 2016 BMW 550i xDrive with Mocha Nappa interior with very specific package desires... I found the exact car I wanted at this dealer and decided I was going to pull the trigger. My experience started 11/13/25 with a receptionist that was very rude and took her several days to connect me with a Client Advisor. Mind you I had called one day after the dealer received this vehicle due to popular demand and rare optioning and did not want to miss an opportunity. I was finally connected with Alex Meza a couple of days later... He told me the car had not gone through inspection yet, but that I could place a deposit to hold the car while it goes through a BMW multi-point inspection, so I placed my $1,000 deposit. Alex would then keep me posted through the inspection process (11/15-11/20) to tell me that they are "doing the rear control arm bushings, the oil change, and that's it the car passes with flying colors." Note: still have not received records of control arm replacement which I requested. Now here is where I should add that I am purchasing the car from halfway across the country which means, I have to trust this dealer (should be no problem as I have never had to question the integrity of a BMW dealer historically), but this is where things start to get worse. I was assured several times that the car was in great shape, in fact "the cleanest 550" they had seen and that the tires were excellent as well. Fast forward to 11/22/25, I now own the car. I paid over book value for this car understanding I was buying direct from a dealer, low miles, and well optioned. In addition I added on a BMW warranty for over $5,000 and still had almost $2,000 in shipping to pay. This should tell you I was willing to pay a premium for the car. 12/01/25, the car is picked up by transport 12/08/25, the car is delivered to my house and appears to be in good cosmetic condition... Then I drove the car and immediately knew something was wrong when it was lurching to a stop, idling rough, and the check engine light was flashing. My car had only driven 56 miles before needing to be towed to the nearest BMW center. In addition to the mechanical issues the car had, I was disturbed to find tires on the car that did not meet proper speed and load ratings and are cheap "Ironman" $75 tires, even after being advertised with run flat tires. I called Alex and told him about the situation. He was in "disbelief," but then told me "luckily you bought a warranty." By 12/11, my local BMW dealer had given me a report on the car with a $5398 bill on a car that passed inspection "with flying colors." I then find that my purchased warranty is not effective for 30 days and Alex told me that the initial 30 day warranty offered by them only applies if I come back to them which is not happening from 1,800 miles away. I am then put in contact with sales manager, Dan Raspanti. I explain to him the situation and while he was somewhat understanding initially, eventually I get told, "it's a nine year old car" and this is the excuse for the poor condition. Eventually, Dan agrees to pay the air duct repair at $898.25 and half of the Guibo which would be $758.72 bringing their payable to $1656.97. To no surprise at time of pick-up no payment had been made so I sat outside of my local dealer for almost two hours waiting for BMW of Ramsey to pay. Finally payment is made at the very end of business and they only paid $1300 shorting me $356.97 and still leaving me with the cost of tires and fluid services. Overall, a rather terrible buying experience with rather shallow representatives that completely go against BMW's core values just to make a quick buck. Now, I struggle to get ahold of anyone since 12/20 after numerous attempts.ā€

ā€œI just took delivery of my new 2026 X1 - process was done essentially within an hour. Thanks to Jorge Batista, my client advisor, and the amazing team (Miriam and Renee) from Finance and BMW Genius, my experience was top notch. I also appreciate Jorge being upfront in terms of the pricing and providing a decent deal without the haggling, which was a refreshing take during my search. It was evident that Jorge and the team focuses on the client experience for the customer, which was evident. I will certainly refer my close friends and family to Jorge knowing he will take good care of them and also go back whenever I’m looking for a new vehicle.ā€

ā€œI recently purchased a 2019 BMW 330i from Jesus at BMW of Ramsey, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Jesus was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right car. He made the process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and keeping me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a salesperson who combines expertise with such a friendly, no pressure approach, but Jesus does exactly that. I’m extremely happy with my 330i and truly appreciate the level of care he provided. If you’re looking for a great experience and someone who really goes above and beyond, I highly recommend asking for Jesus!ā€

ā€œMy son found his first car and I must admit it was a pleasure for us all. The website was so easy and informative, the receptionist was pleasant, sales guy Jesus was a Godsend (pun intended), Mike the GM was beyond professional as was Octavio the finance director. My entire family had an amazing experience and as a car guy myself that means the world to me. I would definitely be back and recommend any and all friends and familyā€
