“I bought a car off these guys for $25000 and not even 2 weeks of ownership it started having major engine issues and in the 3rd week it exploded on me on my way to school, we pulled the engine out and found out the cylinder heads were scratched really badly and the engine block was a refurbished used block out of a f150 with over 180000 miles on it also it looked like they knew what the issue was and just cleaned it up and put it back together, we also found signs of fuel adatives in the oil that are meant to suppress engine problems for short periods, the clutch was smoked it looked like it was just replaced but they didn’t properly break it in also the engine swap that they did was never documented so I wasn’t aware that there was a refurbished used engine in my car till after exploded on me, I don’t recommend shopping here at all. These pictures are from 3 weeks after my purchase. Do not shop here”

“Nik, the owner, sells lemons 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋 and does bad business. I’d recommend not shopping here! I spent $15k on a truck I’d had not more than 3 days. Don’t let them sell you anything “as is”. You won’t be covered under the 🍋 law and the warranty they have you buy won’t cover repairs that are more than $3k. I bought a 2500 Dodge Ram from here. The radiator on the truck busted on the 20 minute drive home from the dealership. They had the mechanic at A1 tow it and repair it, which we appreciated. A few days later, I tried to use this 2500 to tow a small trailer. The truck cuts off in 20 minutes again. I requested for them to have it taken to the RAM dealership this time because the radiator pump busted again once it cut off, so I did not trust the mechanic. The RAM dealership discovered that the engine locked up. I called for more than a month to talk to the owner, Nik, who was “unavailable” and received a few ChatGPT replies to my emails. I eventually made time to go back to the dealership. Nik wasn’t there again, but Mike was able to get me a call from his mechanic. The mechanic was. Nice and said he could do some price comparisons but we spent our own $14k to replace the engine, spark plugs, and battery. Nik has never called me back. Had he given me a call and not wasted my time for more than 2 months I probably would not have left this review. I’ve never had a worse experience anywhere. I hope this review saves you from something similar. Nik, I’m disappointed in you. People are more than just dollar signs. Getting up the funds to fix this truck was not easy and my family will be regrouping for some time. Shame on you!”

“While I originally came to the dealership for a different car (it was placed on hold the same time I was interested so just poor timing) Mike was very patient and helpful with finding alternatives they had on lot listening to what I was looking for not trying to just get me into any other car he could. There was a lot of transparency on the vehicle conditions (only a couple very minor things - which the car had been sitting for a little bit so understandable) regardless I’d definitely buy from North Hills Motors again especially with the variety of vehicles they seem to have! The vehicle I bought has relatively low miles as well so a warranty is included with my buy however with the honesty and smooth experience given I wouldn’t worry about buying “as is” from them! (though I’m pretty sure they do offer extended warranty’s?) Definitely the most helpful and professional dealership I had been to in the area.”
