“Review is somewhat lengthy but you won’t regret reading all the way through! I want to apologize first of all for not doing this before now. So much going on. Also, I wanted to get all my thoughts together because this last Thursday through Saturday, I had such an extraordinary experience that I will never forget. So, let me start off last Monday or Tuesday! I saw a truck I was interested in and texted the number provided on the website. I believe it was the next day, I got a call from Emily the salesperson. We talked about having me to go check the truck out and even a test drive. We made an appointment for Thursday. So, Thursday came and I went to Leith to check out the truck. Emily was such an excellent and phenomenal salesperson, saleswoman. She never pressured me to get anything although I will say I was already determined to probably get that truck. As the deal was being worked on, she kept updating me on how the process was going. I didn’t expect getting anything Thursday but it happened. Emily is very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She truly cares about her customers. Emily went out of her way to make sure that I had the best experience in getting what I wanted. Thank you, Emily!!! So much!!! I also want to add that the other salespeople at Leith were very friendly with me! Even though I didn’t work with them, they all treated me with respect! Also, give shout out to Eddie! He was also very professional and cared about giving me options about the financial side of things. He also never pressured me to get anything that was unnecessary! Thank you, Eddie as well!!!! So much!!! Lastly, I wanted to say that the service department was also very friendly and helpful! I had an issue with the truck and between Emily and the service department I was able to get my truck back. Thank you service department, especially Tyler! So, I highly recommend going to Leith for any Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler for anything you’re looking for. I rate Leith a “10” not a “5”! Here’s my used 2017 Dodge Ram. I named her “Marge” !
