“I have owned this Ford F-150 for the past five years, and this is the first time I have experienced any major issues with it. When I brought the truck in for service, I was told a full diagnostic would be performed for $295, and that this fee would be applied toward the repair if I proceeded with the service. The truck was repaired, and I was informed that a component related to the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I paid nearly $1,200 for this repair. However, just a few hours later, the check engine light came back on, prompting me to return the vehicle for further inspection. At that point, I was told that the entire catalytic converter needed to be replaced at an estimated cost of $5,800. I am concerned as to why this issue was not identified during the initial diagnostic, especially given the cost of the diagnostic and the repair already performed. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has left me questioning the reliability of both the service provided and the vehicle itself.”

“My car purchase was mostly smooth, always taking longer than necessary in my opinion. Disappointed that the flashy pop up website offerings of a military discount was ONLY for new cars (fine print of course), and pop up offer of $500 off a purchase was only available if I mentioned it when walking in the door. I inquired after being seated to discuss my possible used car purchase. They did not honor it. My sales rep Nigel said it was "like cheating to ask" after being engaged by a sales person. Happy with my vehicle choice but I won't be back.”
