ā€œI have been to Big M twice and sent my husband there the last time he needed a new vehicle. They have a wide selection of new and used vehicles if you aren’t a strict Chevy fan! The employees seem genuinely happy to be there and sales and finance always try to make everything as honest and smooth as possible. Every experience with them feels like they are going above and beyond the usual car buying experience. This last time Steven and Josh both ensured I got the car I wanted at the payment I needed, and that I was truly happy with my purchase. I always tell everyone to buy here!ā€

ā€œI had always bought used vehicles in the past but I decided I wanted the piece of mind of owning a brand new vehicle that had a warranty. I was always a Chevrolet fan growing up so when I received something from Big M in the mail it was an easy decision to buy a vehicle there. The buy process was amazing I have no complaints. When it came to vehicle maintenance I thought what better place to go than the place I bought the vehicle from. I've been there every 5,000 miles to service my vehicle. I always tell them whatever it needs to do it, I even told them at one point to change the air filter if it needed it but it didnt, the driver info display shows the life of the air filter and it was still good. I thought everything was going great. It states with an oil change and the service every 5,000 miles they do an inspection on the vehicle and top off all the fluids. I just happened to check the fluids in between oil changes and noticed the coolant reservoir was empty to I topped it off and the next time I checked it was empty again. The vehicle wasn't over heating or anything and I had an oil changed coming up and figured all the fluids would be topped off. I had an oil change done last week and a few days later I checked the coolant reservoir and it was completely empty. I was concerned so I called the dealer ship and they transfered me to the service department and nobody answered I eventually got the voicemail and left a message. Nobody ever called me back. I tried again the next day and same thing. I even got on the website and chatted with someone and they said someone would be in contact. I missed a call from someone and called them right back and left another message and still have yet to hear back. I tried 2 other Chevrolet dealership in the area and only 1 was I able to speak with someone. He told me could be the coolant reservoir or a loose hose but wouldnt be covered under warranty. I decided to check the air filter myself thinking its been in there for quite some time and they hadn't recommended changing it and it was way overdue to be changed so I ordered one from autozone and put it in myself. I loved owning this vehicle until recently. I couldn't even get ahold of someone to answer a simple question. I dont even know where else to go. I wanted to stick with strictly Chevrolet dealership for buy my vehicles and servicing them. UPDATE: I have been able to get into contact with the service department and they've taken steps to address the issues with my car. John and Abby have been wonderful and very helpful. I feel better about the whole situation and am definitely leaning more towards continuing to use Big M for servicing and purchasing my vehicles.ā€

ā€œI was originally excited about getting a 1/2 ton pickup all blacked out. After 1 week of ownership I experienced several electrical and mechanical issues with my 2025 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss LT Crew Cab. I was shocked that I had to schedule an appointment just to drop off the truck for service. The service issues are (1) driver’s door not closing properly (2) driver’s mirror shaking at highway speeds (3) Sirius XM intermittent (4) after plugging in a ā€œaftermarketā€ brake light into the 4pin trailer plug, the infotainment system thinks the trailer lights are not working even without a trailer. You have to go through the sequential steps to erase the display (very annoying) plus the turn signals flash at a rapid rate. (5) ā€œDrivers Assistā€ worked for one week, ā€œapplication not availableā€. (6) the infotainment system display went blank for 3 days, the radio worked and navigation worked, but no display. Called 3 service departments and Chevrolet Customer Service, nobody knew what to do to get the display back on. Finally after a few days, my salesman suggested holding the ā€œhomeā€ button and ā€œpowerā€ button to restore the display, that worked. The service department kept the truck for 1 week and it took 2 test drives to diagnose the issues and put 100 miles on the truck. Now I have to wait 2 plus weeks for the parts to arrive, then schedule a drop off appointment, then wait for it to hopefully get corrected. I’m not a happy camper with this new GM truck. My Toyota Tacoma had no issues in 18 months of ownership. šŸ˜¤ā€
