We really enjoyed working with LT Thomas. When the first vehicle we wanted to test drive didn't work for us, LT had a suggestion for a model we hadn't considered and it was the one we ended up getting. LT was quick to offer us vehicles with different packages over 2 days so we could really decide what worked best for us. We appreciated all the time he spent showing us all the features of each vehicle during our test drives and after we had finalized our lease. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson. He was kind and professional and we enjoyed his stories. 5 stars for LT!!! The only negative experience we had was with finance. After clearly stating that we didn't want any extra packages and were given tentative numbers, we were again asked to upgrade during the final signing.

I recently had an excellent experience at Boucher with Bryan Villalobos as my sales consultant. He was professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. Bryan compared different models for me, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each option. He also arranged a test drive and guided me through some paperwork, which made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Throughout the experience, Bryan was transparent, responsive, and respectful of my needs. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable sales consultant, I highly recommend Bryan Villalobos. He truly elevated my experience at Boucher.

We bought a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring about 5.5 months ago, and it has been excellent. My wife drives it daily to take our daughter to school, and everything has been smooth and reliable. After a disappointing experience at another dealership, we came to Frank Boucher Kia and immediately felt the difference. A white CR-V with brown leather interior was exactly what my daughter wanted. I came in with a mechanic friend, and the car checked out perfectly. What really stood out was our salesperson, Latavius Thomas. When we made a very low offer, he didn’t dismiss it—he listened, stayed positive, and worked with his manager to come back with a fair and reasonable price. His sincerity and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free. We canceled all other dealer appointments and finalized the deal right away. Highly recommend Frank Boucher Kia and Latavius if you’re looking for an honest and pleasant car-buying experience!

I walked into this dealership with my walls up and also thinking I would not buy a car that day. But I guess I did walk out with a car and I couldn't be happier! I have went to multiple dealerships and have had a horrible experiences with salesmen that laughed in my face or even made fun of what I wore. But this one was very kind and were VERY TRANSPARENT. Megan was very very kind in settling my friend and I in. EXTREMELY welcoming even though I was preparing myself for the worse. Bryan was super duper patient with us and was very kind. He gave me the information I needed. I didnt even have to "haggle" a price. I sat there in shock unable to answer with the first look at the price. And lastly, Sawyer even helped me with picking a better way to fiance my car. I seriously can not believe the experience I have had. I greatly appreciate Bryan and his team for staying after to get me to leave with a brand new car. I definitely recommend this dealership and I will refer many to those who are looking for a Kia. THANK YOU 😊

Bought a Kia Sportage PHEV (for my wife) and worked with Brian Halfaday. Brian was very friendly and extremely quick to respond, even on his day off. I had questions, concerns, and demands, and Brian/Boucher were able to make a deal work that we were happy with. Have only had the car for a week, but we love it so far. I think Kia has come a long way in terms of offering a quality vehicle and repairing some overall brand concerns.
