Almost a year ago I bought my 2021 VW Passat and the only problems I have had, is NONE. Just needing to take it for an oil change n even that experience was easy n stress free. “Ima tell a story, i made a purchase of a 2013 Ford F-150 on 3/31/2026. The staff worked hard and diligently to get me qualified and found me a bank that would finance me as my credit isn't all that good. Test drove the truck and it was like a dream. The staff were amazing, until the transaction was over. I was told they would take care of me, and They were very convincing. I noticed that the gas gauge was off, also noticed the headlights were quite dim for a 2013. About a week later, my brakes started acting up, the window button on the drivers side started acting up as well as the passenger side. So now its a crap shoot if the window will roll up or down. Under the impression i would get help from the dealership, i went back to them on or about April 8th 2026 with a list of my concerns. Again, I was told they would take care of me and call me the next day. (Still waiting on a call and it is now June). Since the vehicle was sold as is, they will not cover the repairs. So they gave me a warranty thats supposedly will help with the repairs. Called them and was told tHey cant guarantee that anything will be covered, because rhey need to have a diagnostic run to see if its user defect or actually mechanical defect. IE: we will do anything we can not to pay for your repairs. So, I call again today to speak to my salesman, and i was left on hold for 15 minutes. (Called at 10am) It doesnt appear that they want to help me at all. They got paid and sold me a car with KNOWN issues and have washed their hands of the issue. Its going to cost me out of pocket $450 to just get a diagnostic done to see what other issues the truck has. So at this point i have no recourse but to pay for the repairs myself, which I shouldn’t have to do because a BRAND NEW USED CAR SHOULD NOT NEED REPAIRING 2 WEEKS AFTER THE PURCHASE! So thats my story, my advice is to be very carful purchasing a car from #centuryautoworld bc they absolutely do not stand behind their customer or their vehicles.”
