“I just had the best experience imaginable at Steele GMC in Round Rock. Initially I was hesitant because I inquired about a new truck online and received the generic AI automated text message, but then in comes Becca who was very friendly, and even agreed to shut off the usually annoying messages that seem to never end. I thanked her for doing that, dealt directly with her the rest of the time, and ended up buying a brand new Sierra in the end. She was patient while I visited other dealerships, never pushy, and super helpful throughout the process. They even agreed to something I never knew was possible as I waited for a transfer between accounts, while I drove off in my new vehicle.
