“We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our two Nissan Ariyas at AustinEAutos. Isaac was immensely helpful and knowledgeable during each of our visits helping us consider various options. I was able to easily reach out to him with any questions or concerns. He specifically helped us look for an electric SUV with our desired specifications.We got to test drive various cars in a no pressure environment. The financing was simple and took less than an hour. My wife and I feel we got our cars for very good prices as well. They also have an awesome play area for kids, which our daughter really enjoyed. If anyone in Austin is looking for an electric car, I would highly recommend AustinEAutos. I will never buy a car anywhere else while I live in Central Texas!!”

“So, I have to take time to write this review because Issac and Stephanie literally came to the rescue. I was about to sign off on a vehicle at another dealership when they tacked on several charges and fees. I was so disappointed that the “out the door” price wasn’t what I was told. I called Isaac over at Austin EAutos and he gave me his word that their out the door price for his vehicle was the bottom line price. I went in with a pre approval and Stephanie had all the forms ready for me to sign and drive. I am extremely happy with their lightening fast service and friendliness. Truly deserve all the stars this review can give. If I had more money I’d buy another car from them! Thank you guys!”

“I originally left a positive review after purchasing my BMW 530e because the dealership addressed a parking sensor issue shortly after delivery. I appreciated their responsiveness at that time. However, additional issues became apparent after living with the vehicle. Within approximately 30 minutes of leaving the dealership, I received a “Park Distance Control unavailable” warning when putting the car into reverse. Diagnostic scans later showed an active PDC fault as well as a previously stored collision event in the system. Notably, the dealership’s original listing photos also showed the Park Distance Control display with the left-front zone not active prior to purchase. During the sensor repair process, I discovered additional front-end concerns that were not apparent at pickup, including a cracked active grille housing (a functional component that opens and closes for cooling and efficiency), a cracked foam crash bar behind the bumper (an impact-absorbing safety component), a bent front bumper that appears to have been repaired rather than replaced, missing mounting components, and noticeable paint lines and orange peel consistent with prior repair. Taken together — the inactive parking sensor in the listing photos, the immediate post-delivery system failure, the stored collision event, and the condition of the front-end components — this reflects issues that were present before I took ownership, not normal wear that developed later. Over six months of ownership and fewer than 7,000 miles, the front bumper has shown excessive paint chipping compared to my prior ownership of the same BMW model under similar driving conditions. I raised these concerns with management. The dealership declined further involvement, stating the issues fall outside of their short-term warranty. The staff was polite during the initial purchase and early follow-up. However, buyers should conduct thorough inspections and consider an independent pre-purchase inspection before finalizing a purchase.”
