I'd been searching for a late model QX60 for months & wasn't finding it. I specifically asked for Dominic, and he was absolutely the best dealer rep I've ever met. An 18-wheeler's tire blew-out right in front of me and the largest portion went under my car & made a very loud banging noise. I thought I'd have to pull over, and began thinking I'd have to call for roadside assistance, but made it safely to my sister's home. I immediately called Dominic and he told me to come right over & they'd take a look. It was nearly closing time, but they worked me in & were able to determine the damage was under the fender & would not cause any safety issues. What an overall great experience!”
