“Gave 5 stars - but have recently had a bit of a hiccup. The sale process was good - nice sales person and it went pretty easy. Took the car to my service guys and they gave it a good look and thought it was quality. Since it was on the lot and when I bought it the warning light for the battery flashed on.”

“I would not recommend you go to this location, the Norcross location is miles above this one in every way. I had a terrible experience here and the staff is extremely rude. I came to the Roswell location to get my car appraised and the instant quote online was $8400. I understood that number could change. My car only had 58,000 miles and after the test drive they said my transmission was “slipping”. The quote dropped to $3900 and they said if it got worse it would be $500. I was confused because my car was driving the same as always, so I took it to a mechanic the next morning for a full work up and test drive. They found NOTHING wrong with my car. When I called this location to ask about my options after seeing the mechanic and getting documentation that nothing was wrong - the lady in the business office got extremely hostile and nasty with me. I was just trying to see if someone else could test drive it and adjust my quote - if they agreed there was no issue. That lady must be a miserable person to react to people asking a question so terribly. Not a good look for their business. Anyways, highly recommend the Norcross Carmax! Lovely staff that were appalled by the Roswell location’s behavior and said their standard when something like that occurs is just to re-test drive. They gave me the original quote of $8400. My mechanic said he thinks they were trying to pull one over on me. Didn’t work and I got what I wanted for my car anyways, so I will never visit this location again or recommend it to anyone!”

“Took my car in for an appraisal today to see if I was going to sell it. They broke my key, tied a string on it and didn't say nothing. Im just finding out at 11pm when I try to take my key out.”
