“Ms. Paula made my day!!!! Today, July 31st, I went to Matt Blatt Kia in Abington to see if trading in my 2024 Kia Forte was even possible. I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to do it because I really loved my Forte. The only reason I was even considering trading it was because I wanted more safety features. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Ms. Paula Taylor. She was warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. That first impression meant a lot because I know buying a car can be stressful. I've been looking at the Kia K5 GT-Line for a couple of weeks, and after coming out of the restroom, I seen the Kia K5 that I wanted. I wanted the showroom model with the sunroof, but it just wasn't in my budget. I test drove another K5 GT-Line that didn't have the sunroof, and honestly, I fell in love with it same color, style and even had the red seats that I was looking forward too it may not had the sunroof but I knew this was the car for me. When it came time to talk numbers, Ms. Paula never made me feel pressured and she was very transparent which made me even more comfortable. She wasn't pushy, and she gave me time to think everything through. That meant a lot to me. If it wasn't for her, there was a great chance I would've left in my Forte. Instead, she and the rest of the team worked hard to make everything come together with her advice on my insurance got me into my dream car. I actually walked away in a better financial position than I came in.... way better than I expected, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Ms. Paula Taylor is truly a gem. She's professional, patient, and she genuinely cares about the people she's helping. If you're thinking about buying a Kia, do yourself a favor please go to Matt Blatt Kia in Abington and ask for Ms. Paula Taylor. You'll be happy you did. “Kristi was AMAZING!! I went to the dealership on a wim IMMEDIATELY after being offered a not so great deal for an old car with several tens of thousands of miles. I went to just look around and did not intend on locking in just wanted to see what else was available. I was also crunched for time as I had to pick up my son from aftercare and let her know before hand. She listened to my needs to gain insight on why I was there and was very intentional about helping me! Next thing I know numbers were being crunched and were very similar to what was offered at the used car place. A BRAND NEW CAR WITH 80 miles and not 80,000!
