Wow… just stopped by Roseville Kia to look at the new Telluride model (owned a 2023) and left with a new one. The service department here has been extremely disappointing. I have a 2016 Kia Sorento SXL with about 129,000 miles. After experiencing engine overheating, the vehicle required a full engine replacement. During that process, I was never informed that certain hoses should be replaced to help maintain the engine warranty. I only learned this later from a mechanic friend. About a month after the engine replacement, I noticed coolant leaking in my driveway and brought the car back in. I was told the thermostat had failed and was charged over $300 to replace it. However, after reviewing the parts list from the engine replacement, the thermostat had already been replaced at that time and should have been covered under the warranty. When I picked up the vehicle after the thermostat repair, the coolant was not properly replaced. Anyone who has replaced a thermostat knows coolant is lost during the process and must be refilled. This was clearly overlooked. This experience is exactly why people lose trust in dealership service departments. I strongly encourage others to double-check all work and invoices before leaving.

We were on our way to another dealership when Jake called. He told me I could get the car I loved in the color and interior wanted for the price I wanted. We went in and he was PHENOMENAL! I got the car and the price as promised! Their team really went to bat for me and I LOVE my new car!!!!
