“Shoutout to Honda Gillman in Rosenberg, Tx. I bought a car at Carmax with high interest rate and I had to get it service before my 1st payment. Emission/check engine turned on. I was pretty disappointed. I took it in twice and the second time around, Josiah Pool saw me waiting to pick up the car in the waiting area. He asked me if everything was ok? I explained what happened and I really appreciated him listening to me. If that was all he did, it would have been nice and ok. However, he said that he can help me by getting a new car with warranty, 2026 with 7 miles, lower interest rates, less years to pay it off, with no down payment. I just took out the other car and could not imagine myself driving off the lot with a brand new car. He said he can make it happen. HE DID!!! Never again Carmax!!!
