We purchased a used Ford Mustang GT from Duncan Ford. We saw the listing online. A simple phone call was all it took to have the car ready for a test drive. They provided the Carfax as well as financial information upfront. The sale could not have been any easier. The people were friendly and helpful. There was no pressure at all for the sale. This may have been somewhat of a unicorn car as it had one driver in nine years and all service records were available since it was serviced at Duncan Ford. They knew this car very well. I would buy another vehicle from them. Our salesman was Rodney Rotenberry and was genuinely a top notch human and Army veteran. The dealership environment was relaxing with praise music playing over the speakers.

Don’t even bother getting your truck or car serviced here. Took my truck there telling them that I had a shake in the front end with a sound coming from the dash with it. It wasn’t a death wobble but it was annoying. I’m no mechanic, I rolled under the truck and just saw maybe the sway bar bushings may be the issue. No idea looked some stuff up on Google and took a guess. It’s also annoying that a truck with less than 10,000 miles developed an issue like this, but that’s what we have a warranty for. So I took it to Duncan to just see if maybe that was it, or something else. 3 days later Duncan called me back said the truck was done and that they didn’t see anything or could not locate the issue and that compared to other models with similar mileage etc. that it was normal. Sure okay, I asked some questions because at this point it feels like it’s a just deal with it response. I picked the truck up drove it and the same issue. Shake in the front end that you can feel in the steering wheel and a sound coming from the dash. I called another dealer, explained my problem and they had some solutions to what I was describing. They had found and fixed the steering damper that was bad. I would not recommend Duncan ford if it was the last place to take your car or truck to get serviced.

Jake Eames is such a excellent salesman and just an amazing person in general. I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from Jake, I ended up finding a better deal elsewhere. But Jake made sure I was doing what was right for me and also is extremely knowledgeable and professional! 5 star customer service all day long!!!!

This is going to be a long story, the service department and body shop get one star, there is a total lack of care for your car and safety when it comes to them. Now the salesman Rodney gets 5 stars. He was a huge help through everything and got me in line with the correct people to talk to. I purchased my car on August 4th. I purchased the aftermarket warranty, I had to drop off the car on August 26th to get the water pump, rear parking sensors and rear differential replaced. Although my car was still under there 30 day powertrain warranty they charged the warranty company for the repairs but that’s whatever. With that being said though I’m glad I paid for the warranty since there’s was worthless. Now it’s time for the big details, they had my car from August 26th to November 8th. In that time I had to figure out on my own how to get around because I traded in my car for this one and put all I saved down on it too. I drive 66 miles a day to and from work so that was a stressful few months. I stopped by on October 25th. My doors were unlocked, windows cracked after days of rain and my battery was not in the car. The car stunk due to the interior getting wet, the service manager looked and said he thought everything was going to be okay. Fast forward to October 31st, they said my car was ready. I look it over and the front bumper has a place, my rear bumper is scratched up, rear fender liners not secured. They have a guy come out the following week, he tried to buff out the scratches. They called me saying it’s ready to go, I can still see the scratches! I was told he done the best he could. I had to go up front and the manager said they would paint the bumpers and correct the issue. I get a call saying to drop it off on December 1st to get the bumpers painted. I drop it off and I got a loaner this time, it was a recent trade in. Full of trash, front tires almost showing wires, full of trash. Luckily I checked the oil because none was on the stick and had to put 3 quarts in it. So a few days go by, it’s December 4th. I get a call that it’s ready. Go to pick it up and they repainted the front bumper, rear bumper still the same, rear fender liners still not secured. I talked to the service advisor and was told I can go up front and talk to a manager if I’m not happy with it. So that’s what I do, wait until Monday for the service manager to come back in. I tell him both bumpers were to be painted. He tells me how the body shop guy says I’m screwing them, the front bumper was missing clips and had zip ties etc. that the car had been wrecked. I said well that’s funny I was sold the car with a clean car fax showing no wrecks. Small talk goes on and I leave. Get a call later in the day saying they will be painting the rear bumper. I go to pick up my car today December 16th. I’m looking for the tag screws and I noticed a plug in the trunk hanging out of a panel. Guess what, they forgot to plug my taillights up. That would have been a nice way to get rearended. So overall this has been the worst experience with a car lot I could ever imagine. I spent over $3000 on the warranty that has 2 1/2 years and many miles still left and I can’t use it. Why would I want them touching my car after that? I understand stuff happens but we are way Beyond that. They just simply didn’t care, and communication is horrible because there was many different stories. If you do get any work done here get as many detailed before pictures as you can beforehand, I’m lucky I thought to do that or I would have had to pay out of pocket for there carelessness.
