“Cavelius Pugh is a greatly knowledgeable sales person about not only the cars, but all other aspects such as software, vehicle value, etc. He was able to solve several problems that other sales people were unable, such as finding the right Maverick with right feature set, and going to get personally it in dealer trade. He's gone above and beyond, for example in solving transportation issues in obtaining the vehicle, getting the detail work done (e.g., bedliner), obtaining the best discounts (e.g., employee pricing and military veteran discount of $1000). Cavelius is a very fine person with great energy and enthusiasm! IMO, he is the best and most committed person to helping you find and realize your choice of vehicle. He was honest to a fault about all financial details, did not try any 'bait and switch', and was not trying to upsell or pad anything. He directly learned what you wanted, and went beyond the extra mile to solve the roadblocks to finding the right vehicle (Maverick hybrid AWD with 4K tow... highly popular, very hard to find in stock anywhere). My experience with a different agent was lackluster a couple days before; low energy, did not follow through, not very effective. The dealership finance was patient and transparent about all options and charges, and did not try to add anything which I did not want. The Group 1 Ford of Rockwall management was very good too, esp. when there were technical issues with the Ford website for the $1000 veterans discount at the last minute, over an hour after closing time. If you want a car (or truck), imo you should ask for Cavelius ... the man gets things done! Top recommendation!”

“Update: I did receive a call from Ford about my situation, so I'm changing my rating from 1 start to 2 stars. While not a lot changed (they did offer me a little bit of a refund), one thing that I did appreciate most was that they owned the problems (instead of blaming it on me). They owned the fact that they didn't communicate things very clearly, etc. I thought that was a big deal. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I would give it less than 1 if I could. While they were super nice, I took my RV to get fixed and when they finished, they didn't even put it back together. They said they fixed the fuel injection tubing that had been chewed up by rats, but after I picked it up it still wasn't working very well. 1 week later I took it into another shop and they said it looked like the fuel injection tubes never got fixed because they were coming undone. Cost me $1025 for them to not do anything.”
