Her attention to detail, ability to communicate and teach her new peer in finance how to make a deal happen were unparalleled and as a business owner and manager, I would have been looking to promote her after making this sale. “I wish there was a way to give this shop 0 stars.
I am completely disgusted by the way my vehicle has been handled (or rather mishandled), the way my husband and I have been treated, and just the general lackluster customer service provided.
I am going to preface this review by stating that the vehicle in question is an older model Town and Country van with well over 100,000 miles. However, the vehicle was bought brand new by my father and I have driven it off and on over the years since it's original purchase, have been included on all major repair work information and have been the primary driver for the past 5 years. I say all this so anyone reading this review won't chalk this up to my husband and I buying a random lemon ☺️
Our issue with this dealership started in July 2025. Our family wanted to take the vehicle on a road trip. It had a light leak and was running hot... we had it towed to the dealership and told them to fix ANY and EVERYTHING so the vehicle would be safe and drivable. Not only did they NOT finish the repairs in time for our travel (they had the vehicle for 20 days), but when we retrieved the vehicle THE SAME EXACT ISSUES we originally reported were still present and we had paid them almost $5,000! We returned the vehicle to the shop and had to escalate the issue to reach resolve. We finally received the vehicle back sometime in August and proceeded to drive it sparingly. We had to return it again in November for overheating. AGAIN my husband asked that all diagnostics be performed and all issues be repaired to get the vehicle safe and drivable, we approved their findings and paid almost another $5,000. We received the vehicle back and with the holidays, again we were driving it sparingly. The first time we tried to take it on the freeway, the vehicle overheated and completely broke down.
This third go round, my husband I refused to just take their first round diagnostics at face value, we escalated the issue to include senior leadership so that everything was thorough and there would be no surprises. After weeks of back and forth, the dealership quoted a list of repairs that included a radiator and we approved the repair. Then weeks later they called back and told us we needed a new engine!
My husband and I are completely fed up. This vehicle, which has always been well maintained, has not run consistently since we brought it here in July 2025. We have paid them almost $10,000 and the original issue of overheating has never been adequately diagnosed or addressed. We were told today that the vehicle has never been brought in with an issue of a leak and overheating so that's how they know now that the engine needs to be replaced!! THAT'S WHY WE BROUGHT IT IN ORIGINALLY IN JULY 2025!!”

“Found my wife the car she wanted online and drove there from Mississippi to buy it. Pretty did everything online and over the phone before arriving there. Got to the dealership 2 hours before closing and everything went smoothly. Shout out to my Salesman Chris, I felt like family. Oh, and yes the price was well worth the drive! They are an amazing business, if you want a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or Ram, they should definitely be your next stop.”

“We all know, traditionally, buying a car is not a fun endeavor. In the past, I would have rather sat through an unmedicated root canal than go car shopping.
Until I came here and met Derrick. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. They understood my financial goals & helped me achieve them, and got me into a sweet Willy JL. I’m in love with it.
When I have a kid, their first car will be bought here. I will (as long as I live in Dallas, Texas) recommend this dealership to anyone even remotely mentioning buying a new/ used car.

“My tire blew out on the highway and I had to get my car towed to the dealership. On the way, I called the parts department, and they had the tire in stock the same day. Since I originally purchased the tire back in May, Christina went above and beyond to get the replacement covered under the road hazard warranty. She had the tire installed and had me back on the road in less than 24 hours. I truly appreciate her hard work, attentiveness, and dedication to taking care of her customers. Excellent service from start to finish!”
