“(This review is way overdue!) I had the most incredible start-to-finish experience at Nissan of Rockville Centre. I originally stopped in just to explore my options for a lease turn-in (no expectations at all), and ended up driving away in a brand new car within hours! From the kindest General Manager(Flavio Rodriguez) to my sales team (Jason Rocha for being persistent in reaching out to me in the first place, and Jeff Metzer for being so thorough from start to finish), to the team who prepped the car so beautifully, to the incredible gentleman (Hector Sabina) who truly was there every step of the way to offer some sort of help, to every single person I encountered who was professional, respectful, and genuinely kind. Even staff members who weren’t directly involved in my transaction went out of their way to be courteous and professional. It’s rare to walk into a dealership and feel such positive energy and teamwork. Everyone was knowledgeable, transparent, and impeccably presented; so well dressed, confident, and attentive. What truly stood out to me was how young many of them were. To see such strong character, integrity, and pride in their work at a young age was heartwarming. I didn’t just leave with a great deal, I left with the kind of pride a mother feels watching young people shine and carry themselves with such excellence. This is an incredible reflection of the General Manager, Flavio! This was more than a car transaction, it was an experience. I’m beyond grateful and would highly recommend Nissan of Rockville Centre to anyone looking not only for a great vehicle, but to be treated with honesty, dignity, and care from beginning to end. This time, I decided I wanted to stay local and because I experienced great customer service at Nissan RVC when I brought my Rogue in for servicing, that I wanted to give the sales dept. a try!
