“This place is leaving the worst taste in my mouth. I purchased a vehicle about six months ago, and lo and behold getting ahold of anyone is like asking them for money. Every single person involved in the process for my purchase apparently doesn’t work there anymore, the receptionists bounce you back and forth and act like they’ve never spoken to you before, and nobody is helpful when your money isn’t involved. They’re very personable when they are trying to make a sale though. But if you have issues with plates or warranty or anything else forget about it!!!! We were able to get through to one guy, and he just didn’t follow through so my issue remains unresolved. I’m so irritated I did business with these people at all. And I didn’t even purchase a Nissan, I purchased a Buick… so much for a luxury experience….. also it’s funny how less than six months ago their rating was in the toilet and miraculously is almost at 5 stars. 5 stars where?!!!! I keep all my ducks in a row though, so I’m ready to pursue this however they want to 🤷🏽‍♀️”
