“My engine light came on and my car was not running very well. Took it to Anderson and they determined it need several things fixed. I have a lifetime warranty so my bill was covered except for the deductible of $100. However, my car was there for a week and much of that time it was outside. I have no problem with that, but why didn’t you wash it? It was really dirty. A quick hose off would have been ok, but it did not get that either. I know I didn’t purchase it there 12 years ago, but I expected a bit more customer service.”
