“We had a great experience working with Bob and Elisabeth! My husband and I were looking to upgrade my vehicle, and Bob made the process so easy. I feel like with most other dealerships, they can be pushy and in a rush to just make a sale. However, we did not feel rushed or pressured at all while we were looking with Garber which we really appreciated. Bob was friendly and patient, and it was a pleasure working with him! Elisabeth was also great to work with. She explained all the financials clearly and answered our questions to make sure we understood what we were signing. She was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Overall, Bob and Elisabeth made the process stress-free and easy for us. We love our Honda Passport and will definitely return to Garber Honda in the future!!”

“The low tire pressure light came on in the ‘21 CRV, and I was fortunate enough to be right by Garber Honda. Warren at the Service Center said to pull right in, such a relief. Meanwhile I walked around the showroom eyeing the new Honda models. When I saw the newest version of mine, I look a much closer look. TYLER POTOCKI, a product specialist, stopped over and we had a nice chat, which included appealing updates on the 2026 CR-V. I informed Tyler about why I was at Garber right now, when he asked about a test drive, so he replied, how about another day? Sure, I said since I could return for an oil change. He walked me over to Service where I made an appointment for two days ensuring it coincided with his schedule. When I returned, he already had a 2026 CRV by the door. We started by having a conversation at his desk. He inquired about the features I used on my current vehicle that I would still want. We walked outside and looked all around, inside and out, at the newest model. He pointed out features that have been added, then we went for a test drive. I was pleased he accompanied me because he along the way he shared helpful specifics. Upon our return, we discussed the trim choices, and the traditional gas vs. hybrid models. Naturally having a hybrid I felt swayed to choose it again. Also, the features on the Sport Touring can’t be beat. Tyler went to see Jason, the Business Manager, about the value of my current vehicle for a possible trade. I must mention that he politely asks if he could so, also asks if he could get a beverage for me. He gets up and promises he won’t be long. Tyler shows me the valuation, and pulls up the model I like. He asks my exterior preference, reading aloud all the choices, and there are three grey ones. The one I pick is at their dealership. He asks what interior color? Thank goodness my answer was the same as what is in that SUV. He said it is very popular; it sells soon after it comes in. Certainly another arrives quickly, I imagine. Tyler gave me a list of four things to bring in when I return a mere two days later to pick up my new CR-V. I was so excited to know that in just 48 hours I’d be driving a new vehicle. My original plan was to look at a couple options over each school break week, then chose one of the four or five different makes. That was not happening- apparently I’m getting my 3rd CR-V, liking each one better than the one before, and having the very best auto buying experience of my lifetime, with TYLER POTOCKI. Tyler was very pleasant, polite, and a true professional throughout the entire seamless process. Auto shopping at Garber was a joyful experience. because of the great customer care by Tyler. He was highly attentive to every detail. I noticed how he frequently multi-tasked, doing three or four tasks at a time (on his computer and/or phone doing a search, jotting necessary info in his notebook, making calls-to his business manager, my auto insurance agent) all while remaining engaged conversationally to my about my soon to be new SUV. Tyler made his position look very fluid and easy, yet it quite complex. He’s simply so good at this. When I picked up my new CR-V, I said, “Tyler, you did everything right.” There was barely a need for me to ask questions since he covers all the bases. He made me feel comfortable, and I am proud to be his customer.”

“This is second vehicle I have purchased with Garber Honda and I am equally as impressed with them as I was the first time! I have not so great credit and wasn’t sure I’d qualify for a loan this time! I worked with Todd who was amazing and helped me pick a perfect for me car! Ryan was able to work miracles to get me the financing I needed! The warranty here is top tier for the price 5 years and unlimited miles bumper to bumper! If you’re looking for new car this is where you want to go! Tell them I sent you! Thanks again guys for all your help!!!”

“James is not your average salesman. I looked at other dealership websites and would get bombarded with text messages from 2 - 3 salesman asking a hundred questions. James introduced himself through text, asked one question, and five days later, I took a test drive, and drove my new car home. I never felt nervous, worried, panicked, and most of all I never once felt pressured into anything. James made me very comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Meeting him in person was just as comfortable. Everything was handled through text and email, which for someone who despises talking on the phone is the best thing ever! As for Elisabeth, the Finance Manager, I could not have asked for someone more determined to try and get me a lower payment. She certainly did her due diligence and when given options for warranties, she didn't pressure me into anything either. Now, I don't think the detailers at these places get a whole lot of recognition from customers, so I am giving a huge shoutout to the detailers at Garber. When they pulled my car out of the bay, I don't think there was one speck of dust on this car, inside or out. I felt like I was getting in a brand spanking new car, fresh out of the factory (and its a 2019)! I wholeheartedly recommend James Heath, Elisabeth, and the team of detailers at Garber Honda for your next vehicle purchase!”
