“I have taken my vehicle here 4 times and the same things seems to happen every time. I will make my appointment for service at the beginning of the day because I cannot afford to be without a car for multiple days. I will ask when dropping it off if they anticipate needing my vehicle for an extended time. They always assure me that the service I’m here for is simple and many times have even told me I could wait in the waiting room because it shouldn’t take long. They will text you a link that is supposed to provide you updates on your service. They will not update that link all day so it only shows that you dropped your car off. I can see throughout the day using my Cadillac app that my car was parked in the outside lot right when I got there and then not moved all day. Someone will call me at the end of the day to nonchalantly tell me that they need my car another day. 2 of the times I dropped my vehicle off was for something that took 5 minutes or less to complete. If you call to get any update they will say everyone is busy and will take a message but nobody will return it. This was my first time owning a gm vehicle and due to the experience with the dealerships it will be my last.”
