“I bought a 2018 Ford 150 FX4 11/19/2025 paid $31,000.00 plus cash. I got it home the next evening after work I go to take my wife to a concert the transmission is slipping, and the bearing in motor are rattling the in the bottom of the engine. The truck has less than 64,000 miles. The sales lady was very sweet, but I don't trust either one of the managers. The first truck I looked at was load but 97000, miles thank God my wife looked at the Carfax and saw it was from New York my father-in-law and I went out, and the underside was eaten up with rust. These guys knew the condition of that truck they went to scrambling to help us find something else. I thought this one with low miles would be a good truck boy was I wrong. My wife is also calling our attorney to see if there's anything we can do about this. I don't trust them working on it, especially when the said they mechanics thoroughly checkout every vehicle Thank God my wife chose the extended warranty on the one we bought we are taken it to the local Ford dealership. They are thinking before they get into truly inspecting the truck, it has been pulling too heavy of loads, that could be the issue with the motor and transmission both may need to be replaced. I would not buy anything from this place nor recommend them to anyone. We work hard for our money and when people do this to customers it's so wrong.”
