“Carol was my sales consultant. She knows the Volvo like the back of her hand! I first went in just to get info, and Carol showed me all the features and answered all my questions. I came back a few weeks later to test drive. She let me take it on my own for a couple hours. I was able to take the XC60 on roads that I typically drive to see how it handled. How awesome is that? The negotiation was smooth and fair and when I came in to purchase, I met with the finance manager, Mark. All the numbers lined up with what Adam and I discussed. I was prepared for a hard sell from Mark on extended warranties, protection packages, etc., but he just explained the options and why he thought they were worthwhile and accepted my decisions. After I took possession, I had a couple questions on the tech and Carol got back to me promptly. Then she followed up to see if I got my problem fixed. She even told me I could come back in and we could go over things I was having trouble with. I test drove other vehicles and often the sales person couldn’t answer my questions. They would say “I think it does this …”, but not Carol! She knows her product!! I love my Volvo and highly recommend this dealership!!”
