“This was a very disappointing and dishonest car-buying experience. I strongly do not recommend this dealership. Before visiting the store, they clearly stated via email that they could “beat” any nearby dealer’s offer and provide an additional $500 discount. However, once I arrived, the salesperson Daniel Liu presented a quote that included about $3,000 in add-ons that I neither requested nor needed. When I said I was going to leave, the salesperson stopped me and said that if those fees were removed, we could continue negotiating. Based on that, I agreed to proceed and showed them a legitimate quote from another dealer. They again verbally confirmed they could “beat” it. However, after insisting that I complete a credit check first, the situation completely changed. Although they added a $500 discount on paper, they also reintroduced the same $3,000 in add-ons that were supposedly removable, making the final price still higher than the competing offer. When I questioned this, the salesperson denied the earlier statements, and the manager fully supported him without providing any reasonable explanation or solution. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating. The main issues include: 1. Repeated verbal promises that did not match their actual actions 2. Pushing for a credit check before reaching a price agreement, impacting my credit score 3. Non-transparent pricing and clearly misleading practices If you value honesty and transparency, I would strongly advise being cautious with this dealership, especially when dealing with this salesperson Daniel Liu.”

“I had such a Wonderful Experience at DCH SUBARU OF RIVERSIDE. From the start everything went so smoothly. After looking at multiple Subaru dealerships online in and around the San Bernardino County & Riverside County area’s I found that no other Subaru Dealership could beat or match DCH Subaru pricing. I went through their internet site to get the absolute best price with a guarantee that they are the cheapest priced dealership. I went to my Credit Union and got the pre approval information with what I thought was a great interest rate 5.24% for 72 months and headed down the mountain from Crestline to Riverside. When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Marcos who I had been chatting with via txt and email after my initial interest in the particular Subaru Outback. We sat down and I gave him my pre approval finance information. Within a couple minutes and I do mean just a couple minutes Marcos comes to me and asks if I would be interested in financing through Subaru’s Finance Chase Auto Finance instead and I said sure if the interest rate is better than my Credit Unions and he smiles and tells me 0.9% for 72 months. I was like heck yeah let’s do that. The price for the vehicle was already agreed upon via internet and was about $5,000 cheaper than the Subaru Corp. recommended price. I asked for the extended 10 year Subaru Factory Warranty for an additional price and we came to a fair agreement. I put 0 down and was extremely happy with the out the door monthly payment. The financing department representative Joesalyn was also very Nice, Helpful and Extremely Knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction process. I was in and out within a very reasonable amount of time. I have NEVER had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE purchasing a Brand New Car and this was not my first rodeo. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO PURCHASE ANOTHER SUBARU IN A COUPLE YEARS. I Just Want To Thank EVERYONE at DCH Subaru Of Riverside For The Wonderful Experience You Provided Me .
