“We had a phenomenal experience at Chalmers Ford from start to finish. Ray is an exceptional salesman. He’s not pushy at all (which, seems to be a theme throughout most of the dealership), and genuinely down-to-earth. He worked with us to get a competitive offer on our trade-in (right at the Carvana valuation), as well as getting the base price to an acceptable spot, considering some add-ons it came with that we didn’t want. The test drive and conversation with Ray are what sold me. I asked him to sell me on the Expedition vs. Tahoe, and he said, “I won’t.
