“I had an amazing day. The team at Nissan Short Pump are awesome. They really went above and beyond to get me into a nice ride. Especially Logan she is awesome she even got me a birthday cake.and she sang hapoy birthday. Thats a place that shows they care about their customers. Well how about they care about people. I would highly advise stopping by and checking out the inventory and when you do be sure to say hello to Logan.”

“Man was this guy talented and professional. He communicated with me through phone all day until I arrived at the location, then he hooked me up with almost 6,000 in deal savings and gave me everything I asked for to complete the deal. Also shout out to Ryan in finance, been dealing with him for 14 years always in the clutch. Definitely you guys should go there and ask for Jamori! He didn't force anything on me let me glide to the finish and Ryan closed me out! 10 stars!”

I didn’t expect to leave with a new car that I love, but Logan made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I’m so grateful for her help and had such a great experience!”

“I was hesitant to go car shopping but my salesman Jamori made the process super easy. He ensured that I found the perfect vehicle. I went in looking for a used vehicle and with the help of Jamori I was able to get into a brand new vehicle. The finance manager Damion was also great. I had a ton of questions after purchase and even though he was busy he took the time to respond. If you’re looking for a car here at Loyalty Short Pump, ask for Jamori. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I am thoroughly surprised by the customer service at Loyalty Nissan of Short Pump. Looks like they just switched ownership since it used to be Nissan of Richmond. Today, I got an oil change and state inspection all for free because I purchased my 2022 Nissan Sentra vehicle here last year. I am now a Lifetime Loyalty member. Chandra, the service advisor who assisted me is so kind and made me feel welcomed for my car's first service here. I love the interaction I had with her although she was not my assigned Service Advisor and was just covering for my assigned service advisor, Donnie W. I was able to speak to Donnie over the phone when she gave me a call due to some recommended services. Both Chandra and Donnie are very pleasant to talk to and it made me feel very comfortable to go in and get my vehicle serviced with them. My car was quite dirty from last night's rain and the pollen came off the vehicle. I apologized to Chandra while she was doing the walk through of the exterior of my vehicle for state inspection. She said not to worry and that they were going to run it through the wash for me!!! I didn't think they would have done it, but when I picked up my car, there it was... super shiny and clean.
I really want to thank Chandra for the positive and friendly interaction I had with her in person, and Donnie's friendly interaction over the phone when we discussed about my recommended services. I am glad my vehicle passed the state inspection and my car looks great!!! I can't wait to go back to take my vehicle here again.
Thanks for everything. Because of my interactions here, I dont feel as anxious as I did when I dropped it off this morning. I hope that the folks at the service area know what a wonderful job they do and to keep up the great work.”
