“Adrian honestly changed my whole perspective on buying a car. From the start, he was welcoming, sharp, and just easy to talk to. No weird pressure, no sales gimmicks just real conversation and straight answers. For a young guy, he carries himself with a lot of professionalism and patience. He made the entire process smooth and actually enjoyable!”

“We recently visited to explore Hyundai’s new EV’s and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Joel was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we fully understood the features and options available.
Unlike many other dealerships we visited, there was no pressure just professionalism and transparency. Joel went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident in our decision and worked hard to secure a great deal for us.
We absolutely love our new Hyundai IONIQ 9 and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the buying experience. Highly recommend working with Joel if you’re in the market for a new Hyundai!”

“Worst Customer Service I’ve Seen in 24 Years in the Auto Industry
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in December and have only put 6,000 miles on it. Recently, both front tires began splitting — a major safety issue. When I called, I asked for the sales manager three different times and was promised a call back each time. Not once did he call me back. I ended up talking to the finance director instead. Are you kidding me?
The General Manager’s excuse was basically: “If you’d told us within a week of purchase, we’d have fixed it.” A week? The tires looked fine from the outside — there was no way to know. That’s a pathetic response. And the same General Manager giving that excuse is the one allowing cars in poor condition to sit on his lot. He wouldn’t have lasted 10 seconds in a store I managed.
When I bought the car, I test drove several vehicles on the lot — and every single one pulled hard to the right. Many had scraped rims and obvious issues that should have been fixed before sale. One Nissan Pathfinder I looked at was filthy, including a dirty headliner. A Honda Passport on the front line had visible rust. This is nothing but a pot lot used car department parked on a new car lot.
And here’s the kicker — I just saw the reviews for this dealership. Had I seen them beforehand, I would have never set foot on this lot. What a joke.
Bottom line: Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. You can tell everything you need to know about a dealership by looking at the condition of their used car lot — and this one tells you to keep driving.”
