“My experience with Auto source of Texas was a mixed one. I flew to them from FL and discovered the vehicle’s infotainment system did not function at all (was not made aware of this and was not visible in photos), my paperwork was not accurate, the mileage of the car was not what I was originally led to believe, it was like pulling teeth to get any information on it from my salesperson as they were not forthcoming with anything — if you don’t ask this individual would not tell even the most basic detail, the vehicle was smoked in which I should have asked however a trustworthy sales rep would provide that information to the buyer if the buyer is over 1000 miles away. I did not receive my car for a month after purchase while they worked to fix it, the management staff was difficult to get in contact with after purchase, even though they never missed a call of mine before I purchased it. That’s most of the negatives. They claim they were not aware of the issue however I find that near impossible to believe. The positive side: They bought my flight home and shipped the car to me once it was repaired. But again, I never would have flown to buy it in the first place had they been transparent with the issue. As a whole my experience was not good, but they did attempt to fix some of the wrongs and when I did receive the car it has been operating well so far. I did get my 2022 ZL1 1LE in the end, but it does not justify the stress I was put under making a car payment on a car I didn’t have and being without a personal vehicle for over a month.”
