“I bought a certified preowned truck from Ruge’s about a year ago. I ran into a few issues (as can happen with a 5 year old truck) with things that may not show up in the certification process. In past purchases (my last being brand new), other dealers are defensive and do not want to stand by their vehicles nor do warranty companies want to pay for costly repairs. Working with the team in the Ruge’s Ford service department has been amazing, despite my anxiety from my previous dealings with other dealers such as RC Lacy for example. Christine and her team, Tammy, James and now Teresa have all done nothing but work with me to ensure my truck exceeds my expectations. I will admit that I went into the process with uneasiness but all that is gone knowing they were all doing their best to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If I have a problem, I know I can go to them and it will be addressed. I buy a new and or used vehicle every so often, and I will choose Ruge’s Ford for my next purchase.
