“I reached out twice about purchasing a vehicle, even after explaining that my first inquiry had gone unanswered and expressed my concerns. Unfortunately, I never received a response second time around. As a serious, pre-approved buyer, I expected better communication. Because of the lack of follow-up, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope they improve their customer service for future buyers.”

“Absolutely terrible dealership filled with crooks. Had my truck in for warranty work on the AC and torque converter last year. Said they completed all of the work and I was good to go. On the drive home I was obvious the issues weren’t fixed. Took it to another dealership In Victoria and found out that they hadn’t put things back together correctly and did not replace the AC compressor like they told me. Now my warranty is up and I’m having to pay $2700 to have it all fixed. Tried calling many times right after the work was “done” and was never able to get anyone on the phone. Left voicemails, but was never called back. Definitely want to avoid this dealership. Drive over to Victoria to Atzenhoffer Chevrolet and let them take care of you. Reply to comment: acknowledged with who? Bc I have never heard anything from y’all pertaining to any of my issues that were “fixed” by your dealership…”

“Ideally I would not show up to a dealership with my 3 girls but I had to do what I had to do and between the deal and everything else Sadie and Louie definitely took care of what we needed and more. I will most definitely be returning and sending you all some buyers. Walked out with nothing but pure happiness. Thank you all to the team who helped us and everyone else was just so welcoming and nice. We appreciated everything.”

“If I can rate this dealership NO stars I absolutely would! Purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango from this Chevrolet dealership assuming I would get a quality vehicle as they highly misrepresented themselves. My salesman Louie had no knowledge of all the issues this vehicle had after having it for 2 days. Mind you I provided him a list with all the issues that needed fixing. So now I had to deal with Ariel service manager giving false hopes for all these fixtures to be done and completed. My vehicle was not returned back until 2 1/2 weeks getting phone calls every week that yes it will be fixed to then no it was denied by Chris Trujillo the manager apparently?? & my vehicle was also returned very dirty in the inside and damages from the so called repairs. So much back and forth between this company I’m so frustrated and unhappy for making this purchase. Now I have to take matters into my own hands and deal with the fixtures elsewhere since Chevrolet cannot fix it because it’s NOT a Dodge dealer. So if you’re the owner reading this negative review you should feel embarrassed and ashamed how your company conducts business and how your customer was treated by your employees. Please think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.”
