“The prices listed online , and in person, are misleading. They add on non-negotiable fees to the "deal." Additionally, our salesperson Lamar and his sales manager Louis have illegally taken my daughters information and have run it through for a credit check after letting both Louis and Lamar know on multiple occasions that we have our own financing. Before we even test drove the vehicle I walked up to the desk Louis was sitting at and asked if Mike Terry would still be willing to do business with us if we refused to use their lenders. He asked "Why, what happened" and I asked again, If they would refuse to do business for this reason, and he said, "No its find we can do business with you," so we proceeded to test drive the vehicle. In Louis' desperate attempt to convince us to purchase the vehicle with the outrageous fees, he added that my daughter needed to by that car because he was trying to help her with her credit(which needs no help at all). 45 minutes after we left we got a call from Lamar, our salesperson, asking if we had his pen. It was very odd, but now that I know they illegally ran my daughters credit, I'm assuming he used that phone call to say that we asked him to run the credit. We left because there was no way we were paying $6000 in added fees. The operations they have there are illegal, manipulative, and plain disgusting. At one point, Louis placed his smoking pen/vape on the table when we were listening to his ridiculous rhetoric. I had to ask him twice if he was upset- his tone and demeanor on these two occasions said otherwise. I not only wasted my morning/afternoon, and day off of work, but to listen to them try and tell us that we needed them and have them misuse pertinent information was out of line.”

“Went into the dealership hoping to pickup a my first vehicle and was left threatened for taking a piece of paper. I had went into look at there used cars and was forced to look at new. Online they have several pre owned version but it’s a lie. When i got there all of a sudden no preowned were available except one thats price onlines different then what they ask. The cars are different online to in person. They tried to get me to pay way over price for a 24k-25k vehicle with mtag and some other imaginary numbers they through in there they were asking for up to 40k at end of finance plan. I Left after i asked several times for a print out of the actual pricing and was threatened for the papers of the pricing I left with i asked several times for since I was running out of time and said id comeback another time this week. These papers have no property marks on them. Due to this bad experience i do not recommend them to anyone. The sales people act like they’re losing money when really they marking up the vehicle i said in sevral instances this car is worth 24k that on the paper in the car it says that. it was priced at 26k inside when your doing the paperwork and the mtag that I said i didnt need for some clear coating and scratch protection, super premium air give me a break, they still made the car 30k after i didnt want that… then the sales person asked acting to entrap what will make this purchase happen today do you not like me or the other person working with yall to make this purchase happen. Weird question that has nothing to with it.”

“If I can rate this dealership NO stars I absolutely would! Purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango from this Chevrolet dealership assuming I would get a quality vehicle as they highly misrepresented themselves. My salesman Louie had no knowledge of all the issues this vehicle had after having it for 2 days. Mind you I provided him a list with all the issues that needed fixing. So now I had to deal with Ariel service manager giving false hopes for all these fixtures to be done and completed. My vehicle was not returned back until 2 1/2 weeks getting phone calls every week that yes it will be fixed to then no it was denied by Chris Trujillo the manager apparently?? & my vehicle was also returned very dirty in the inside and damages from the so called repairs. So much back and forth between this company I’m so frustrated and unhappy for making this purchase. Now I have to take matters into my own hands and deal with the fixtures elsewhere since Chevrolet cannot fix it because it’s NOT a Dodge dealer. So if you’re the owner reading this negative review you should feel embarrassed and ashamed how your company conducts business and how your customer was treated by your employees. Please think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.”

“The whole team at Mike Terry was phenomenal everyone had the upmost respect for me as a customer. But I would like to give a shout out to Boyce my salesman I came in with a difficult task to accomplish and he did just that. He did an Amazing job at finding me exactly what I wanted and needed and best of all he was honest the entire way so if you are in the market go see Boyce and trust me you’ll be glad you did.”
