Super easy and transparent and fair. Dan on the phone was no BS and stuck to his word. Kyle approved it and Joe buttoned it up. The service and friendliness was A+ and i would recommend you come by and get a fair deal. I got a 2026 Pathfinder SL and it's beautiful. Go see the guys at Nissan Red Bank. I drove from NY to see them. You will be happy.

Great experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I left! I went to see a childhood friend of mine, Joe, whom I hadn’t seen in quite some time. He really took the time to understand my interests and helped me find the perfect car. He was dedicated to making sure I got exactly what I was looking for and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Joe worked closely with me to stay within my budget. I was quoted a specific monthly payment, and they were even able to give me an even better deal at signing! His patience, understanding, and consideration truly made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to purchase a new car. I've been a LOYAL NISSAN CUSTOMER FOR 14 YEARS TO DATE. My friends, family and I have alwayssss trusted that with this brand vehicle we were going to be driving a reliable, safe, cost-effective machine that would last for years. My three year lease was ending and I decided yesterday that I was going to go to the dealership in Red Bank. Upon entering the showroom I was immediately greeted by this pleasant sales consultant by the name of SHAKEEM CHAIN. After speaking with him for a few minutes I suddenly realized that we had met briefly before when he worked at their sister dealership location further North. We were introduced by his very good Co-worker/Friend JUROD PAGE (who was my original sales consultant at the other location). Jurod said to me that if he wasn't available whenever I arrived at the dealership "PLEASE COME IN AND LOOK FOR SHAKEEM. HE WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU'RE GOOD...TRUST AND BELIEVE ME OKkkkk!!!." I said ok...and thought nothing of it because that was three years ago when I met both of them...😊. Moving along, here I am looking to renew yet another lease and BY CHANCE I WALK INTO THE RD DEALERSHIP AND SEE SHAKEEM. WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT...IT WAS DEFINITELY A HIGHER POWER WORKING AT HAND FOR ME TO BE THERE AT THAT PARTICULAR TIME AND MOMENT. I was throughly impressed with his professional friendly tone, his highly EFFICIENT listening skills, his patience, his detailed note taking, his invaluable financial savvy, etc., etc. I mean I could go on and on about how AMAZING he is at his job but I won't...lol. There isn't a need for me to do so because he genuinely cares about his customers and their overall happiness. As a side note I explained to him that in 2015 at their other location I thought my experience with another consultant (that still works there) wasn't what I originally thought it was because I had an issue LITERALLY TWO WEEKS AFTER I leased my vehicle and he wasn't much help. I received the help I needed from my guy LUIS THAT WORKED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT (HE WAS A CUSTOMER FAVORITE FOR YEARS). I mention all of this to say that the previous consultant LITERALLY PUSHED for me to do his review which I did based on my experience at the time. If I had the opportunity to do it all over again I wouldn't and I HAVEN'T HAD ANY INTERACTIONS WITH HIM SINCE. Having said all of that... SHAKEEM DOESN'T NEED TO PUSH HIS CUSTOMERS TO DO REVIEWS FOR HIM; YOU WOULD WANT TO DO IT WITH A SINCERE HEART BECAUSE HE DESERVES IT. I APPRECIATE HIM AND I TRUST AND HOPE THAT THE NISSAN RED BANK LOCATION DOES AS WELL. PLEASE DON’T hesitate if you are in the market to lease or finance a vehicle. I’ve owned my Nissan for four years and take extremely good care of it, so I was shocked when all of my headrests developed strange discoloration over the last year or two — especially since I never even have passengers in the backseat. I brought the issue to Nissan City of Red Bank, and even the service advisor took photos and said he had never seen anything like it before. He agreed it was not normal wear and tear and clearly a defect in the headrest material. Unfortunately, that’s where the help ended. Neither the dealership nor Nissan corporate in Tennessee offered any real support. Instead, they dismissed the problem as “normal wear and tear” and told me the warranty had expired — even though this was obviously a material defect. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to assist a loyal customer has been extremely disappointing. I will never purchase another Nissan and strongly discourage anyone from dealing with this location. Completely unhelpful experience from start to finish. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
