I had an excellent experience working with Tim at Leith Toyota. From start to finish, he approached the process as a true partner rather than just a salesperson. He was transparent, responsive, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision for my situation. Tim took the time to answer every question thoroughly, walked me through the details clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. His professionalism and customer-first mindset made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I truly appreciated the level of service and integrity he brought to the experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and reliable car-buying partner.

HORRIFIC! I inquired about a Tacoma & it was like pulling teeth to get any info. from Justin the Salesman from the start to today upon arrival. He knew I was coming from afar & my husband would have to take work off. We wanted to make sure all is good as there were not many photos as the truck as it came in when it was raining. We asked for more photos which seemed difficult for him on a dry day & more of the interior (doors/dash & seats as). He was resistant to help.There was a potential discount that could be given to us on the price (family) & I was told "we would make it happen" regardless. When we went verify the pricing the dealership quickly changed & said they would not honor the discount. We then declined to buy the truck. I received a call back less then an hour later that decided they would honor the deal for me.I asked Justin for a deal proposal on paper & he did not want to give it to us. We had to call the dealership directly to get it. One of my questions to Justin was are there any dents, dings or scratches on the exterior/interior of the truck. Justin was reluctant to look at the truck & stated it was new/clean. I asked please verify before we take work off to come there. He said he would take a video. The video was fast moving and not much could be made out. We asked again for photos. Justin took some & they were good and clear. The photos Justin sent me prior to the truck be detailed & were put on the internet (dry day) did not reflect a dent anywhere. My son went to the dealership to look the truck over & under & there were no dents. I called Justin before leaving & asked if he could inquire about a bed extender to see if they had one in stock to buy it while there. He did not want to check with parts, nor did he and just said they do not have one. We pulled into the dealership & Justin was driving the truck away to a different area. Once he returned we saw a very deep creased dent on the passenger rear door. It had touch up paint on it that did not match (darker color). The truck had a clean car fax but it also had chipped paint on the rear right bumper on the interior curve inside. The paint finish was mat different then the rest of the bumper. I brought the dent to the attention of Justin & manager Brandon. I asked if they would fix the dent prior to me purchasing the truck & I wanted to make sure it came out ok before buying the truck as I was unsure if it would come out all the way or if the paint would spider. I reminded them I was told there was no dents, but I could wait for them to repair the dent as the dent guy was there and if the dent comes out ok I will buy the truck. They reminded me they were giving me a $600.00 discount (family). Justin then stated that is was raining when he looked at the truck & I stated it was photo'd when it was dry & I asked you to check it over. Brandon then stated if he fixed the truck right then & I was happy would I buy it? I excused myself to talk with my son for a brief moment & then went back to Brandon & said so if you fix the dent now & if I am ok with the repair we can move forward to buy the truck to verify? Then Brandon said no not today. He said you have to leave the truck here after buying it & we will fix it & come pick it up later when it is done or come back for the repair after you buy it another day? I let him know this is not what he said & we came from afar which they knew. I told him I am not comfortable buying a truck with a dent like this & not having the certainty it can and will be repaired properly. He said we will not do it today & many people have inquired about this truck and we will sell it fast so we don't need you to buy it. We will sell it, it will sell. My husband and I walked off the lot and said "Our business is done here". I went on the dealer website tonight to see the truck detailed like when we arrived but I noticed the dent & touch up paint is photo shopped out so that it does not reflect in the photos. This dealership was unmotivated, not truthful, plays number games although they say they do not.

I’ve had a mix of experiences with Leith Toyota over the years, which is why my overall rating is 4 stars. In the past, I dealt with a returned check that got lost, requiring multiple escalations before I finally received my refund. I had also been looking for a Grand Highlander Hybrid at one point, but the dealership wasn’t able to secure one for me, so I had to find it elsewhere. However, my most recent experience purchasing my second vehicle with Leith Toyota was outstanding — thanks to Senad. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I worked closely with Senad for almost three weeks, and he consistently followed up with me, kept me informed, and made sure I had every detail I needed. We test-drove several vehicles I was considering, and he also showed me additional options that matched exactly what I was looking for. He was patient, transparent, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Senad is truly a great person to work with, and his dedication made the buying experience smooth and stress-free. For this recent purchase, my experience with Senad was absolutely 5 stars, even though my overall dealership experience remains at 4 stars. If you’re looking for someone who is honest, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping you find the right vehicle, I highly recommend working with Senad.

I worked with Karim to buy my first vehicle from Leith Toyota. He was personable, friendly and very helpful. We tried a couple out and I was torn but he knew what car I was going to end up with before I did. Very happy that Karim was the person I was working with, he made the process easy and painless. He’s a great asset to the Leith team and got me a beautiful new car!

Just bought my first Tacoma from Leith. Our salesman, Bruce Elliot, was very helpful, easy-going, and knowledgeable. Because he had owned several trucks himself, he was able to answer all our questions and provide useful information and advice. Got a fair offer on a trade-in. No pressure, no hardball. I felt like we were treated fairly and will be happy to go back when it's time for the next truck.
