“My salesman was amazing and the buying process was great. Now looking back on it, I should have went over the car with a fine toothed comb. The car was previously owned by a rental company. That shoulda been a red flag. But I thought I could trust that anything wrong they would have disclosed it due to their extensive checks. It looks like someone hauled something on the roof of the car with ratchet straps. It looks like they tried to repaint the roof. It left deep scratches in the car above the passenger rear door. The roof looks terrible, color is off and scratchy. There's also damage on the ceiling right inside the rear passenger side door. Also, 2 of the clips that hold the headliner on are gone in the very back. There's a Crack in the rear bumper. The ac isn't that cold. My daughter's 2012 is way colder than mine. This car had 19,000 miles on it when I bought it. My first time buying a newer car. Ive learned my lesson. I know to look over the car way better. I am super disappointed about the damage. But I did have a great experience in store. I don't think I'll be back to Carmax. But if you do buy a car from they, be sure to go over everything. I do love my car.”
