β€œService here for me has been fine the couple of times that I have visited. Under normal circumstances, I would give them 4 stars, but after my last visit, I cannot rate them any higher than the 2 stars I have given them. As I stated, no problem with service. Matt was great on my last visit and mostly everyone seemed to be polite and helpful.....I thought. Everything was going along great until a Caucasian female Service Department employee with platinum blonde hair finished a phone conversation with a customer. This employee stated loudly after hanging up with the customer - ".....you drive an Audi, you should have money in the bank!" I thought that was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Matt was not around when she said this, but there were several other employees in the area who had to have heard her, including the Service Manager, who is currently the acting General Manager. My take from this is that this is normal behavior there, because no one said a word to her or even offered me an apology. I spoke with Matt about this while we were out inspecting the loaner car that I was given and I made it clear to him how I felt and also let him know that I would be reporting her. I explained to Matt that if she said what she said loud enough for me to hear it, that means she is comfortable saying anything about other customers when that customer is not around.....including myself. The worst part is that no one challenged her, which in my opinion means that this is normal behavior for them. The employees who sat there and said nothing are no better than the person who made the loud, rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful comment. I can only imagine the things that are said about customers when these employees are the only ones in the room.....clearly this the culture here. It is one thing to not know how people really feel about you, but it is a complete other feeling when you do know! As good as the techs are and as great as Matt was, I cannot see myself returning to this location for anything knowing what I know now!”

John provided one of the smoothest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Very happy with the quick process and Farronte in the finance department was solid and transparent, he literally took us step by step.
