“Dealership sold a service warranty and never registered it with the insurance company that process it. Sold a car with major electrical and safety issues and did nothing to resolve it after promising to do so.
Current management will say anything to get a customer with an issue out of the door just to do little to nothing on the back end and push the problem to someone else.
If you have purchased a vehicle within the past 3 years and have either a gap or service warranty, call the company its supposed to be registered with and confirm it with them. If it isn't, good luck trying to get a refund or anyone to send you documents or a follow up email. Worst decision of my life was ever stepping foot on this property 🙃”

“Month-Long Service Nightmare & Complete Communication Breakdown.
My car has been stuck in the Coastal Jeep Ram service center for over a month now due to an engine/transmission failure covered under my extended warranty
The service experience has been terrible, characterized by stalling and contradictory information, particularly with the service advisor, Kay.
Lack of Communication: I have spent a month chasing Kay for updates. I rarely receive callbacks, and when I do, the information is unreliable.
False Information: I was told an adjuster had been sent to inspect the vehicle. Upon calling Wayne's Warranty directly, they confirmed they have not spoken to the shop and are still waiting for the required "tear-down" labor quote from the dealer to approve the next steps.
Stalling/Holding Vehicle Hostage: My vehicle is now sitting idle because the shop and the warranty company are failing to coordinate on the required diagnostic tear-down pricing, and the shop is effectively demanding the customer pay the tear-down cost up front, which is an absurd roadblock under a valid service contract.
It is unacceptable that a paying customer has to spend a month fighting simply to get two business entities (the shop and the warranty company) to exchange the necessary paperwork. I am paying for a vehicle I cannot use due to the service department's incompetence and stalling. I strongly advise anyone with a warranty repair to seek service elsewhere.
