My car broke down for the fourth time in a matter of 3months. They will house up your warranty and not fix the car’s main concern. Everybody knows this practice already of warranty gauging. But when you actually start messing with the customers car then it becomes a major problem. The customer is late or can’t get to work or maybe even in the middle of work! We do not trust people like this! Unfortunately we have to deal with dealerships and the extreme prices but it should be no reason why they don’t take care of your car the first time! Another thing is the labor rates are ridiculously high! The service is horrible! ..as of 3/9 I called the other day and they said they wouldn’t be servicing me anymore bc I voiced my opinion smh. My car is still giving problems and I know it’s their mechanics that did it! I had a second opinion from an independent auto mechanic and he’s telling me there’s foul play with my vehicle. Stay away from these crooks!

The staff at Star was great they are very professional and helpful. They help you to get the right vehicle of your satisfaction and help get you finance very easy. You can have bad credit or no credit Star will get you finance that is best for your finanical situation that is affordable for you. I want to thank dshon rogers who was very professional and helpful as well the rest of the Star staff. I really appreciate everything your have done to get me the vehicle i wanted and with the financing.

My experience was horrible. Dropped off my car on a Friday. Explain to them. I was having problems with the Front bumper sensors. They quoted me close to $2000 for repair. It was actually covered by Dodge so at the end of the day I didn't have to pay for anything. The car wasn't ready till the following Monday. Communication with Jenny service, receptionist or manager not sure what she is was horrible. She was never available always had to leave a phone number and message. She didn't return my call mostly asked to speak to service manager never received a call back. At end of the day I picked up my pickup Monday a week later to learn that the problem why I left it was not resolved. She explained that it was checked by two of her specialists, and they didn't see anything wrong till the date my sensors still don't work so they actually did not fix my car And I lost a week of work because of it will not be going back to this location.
