“Don’t shop here. The marketing team and appointment setters are consistent, I will give them that. I would not have considered a newer car if it wasn’t for their relentless automated outreach and phone calls. However, the appointment is set up with a manager and you never see the manager you walk in and get served by whoever is available. Considering the sales tactics. I’d say it’s qualified grifting. Feels great and honest but is incredibly misleading. You’ll go home with a problem vehicle if you don’t come prepared. You will get straight up lied to about the condition of the vehicle. If you are shopping used, don’t trust the knowledge of the sales person, if you’re not a real car person, take one with you. Don’t be gullible. Write down your asks and what is verbally agreed to. With all that being said. Do not buy used. Not here.”

“I worked with Matt and he helped me purchase a Q3 Audi. I thank him so much and he is very good at what he does :) - Updating my review from when I first got my 2022 Audi Q3. I had traded in my reliable car that I did not have issues with and I have been experiencing issues since this new car and have been paying out of pocket as I have a “warranty”. I’ve never had to constantly take a car to a shop the way I have been with this one. Let alone my Volkswagen I traded in was never in the shop for issues like this. I feel as if this dealership does not care if you have further problems with the cars they sell and they do not talk about problems with the cars because they do not want to steer you away from making a sale with them. All they care about is that they got your money and the final sale is done it seems. I’m stuck with constant problems, I’m very disappointed and regret my choices. In this economy, the money I’m putting into this car when it’s the last thing I should be putting money into is very upsetting. Thanks for reading!”

“Had a great experience working with Xavier Ramos at Quakertown Mitsubishi! He listened to what I needed and wanted and helped me determine the best car within the budget I wanted. Great warranty and great car and absolutely amazing customer service. Xavier may be young but he has old fashioned manners and customer skills. Go see Xavier for your new car.”

“Xavier was truly a breath of fresh air during my car-buying experience. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He was upfront about everything and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all my questions (even the small ones), and you could tell he genuinely cared about helping me find the right car, not just any car. “2021 Land Rover Discovery Sport paid for on 4/15/25. On 4/16/25, brake caliper screws missing(see pics), car was shaking while driving to work. I was so freaking scared! Vehicle was making noise with every move! I pull up to work in a nice looking vehicle but sounding like a damn bucket! Also, it would have been nice to have a full thing of coolant-I thought topping off all fluids was standard. This is why people can’t trust car dealerships. I messaged my car salesman today and sent pics, however, no response as of yet. Definitely will be following up tomorrow. 4/30/25-As of now, I have not had anyone from Mitsubishi Quakertown contact me with a solution. I have placed phone calls and sent text showing my car troubles to Matthew Crane at Mitsubishi to no avail. The one and only time I did reach my car salesman was when I dialed his personal/direct line and asked him to contact administration and provide their number for me to contact them myself, which he said he’ll have to get back to me, because he was unsure at the time. I think it’s really unprofessional to have a client hanging in limbo regarding car troubles that developed not even 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle. There is no sense of urgency or desire to help me despite the speedy response of the owner account on Google reviews. I’d really appreciate if the owner can contact me directly. 7/17/25-still waiting for a resolution months later. I suppose the next step would be to file a complaint with PA Attorney General. I have been MORE than patient for folks who have no sense of urgency to assist you. I'd appreciate a call from someone who can actually help and not direct you to someone else.”
