I read these reviews prior to going to the dealership and chose to ignore them to see for myself….should’ve listened. I came to the dealership with the intent of trading in a vehicle for a newer (by 1 year) vehicle. Market value of my trade is 16k-18k, and I was quoted $9200. I understand a dealership has to make money but there’s a big difference between low balling and blatant disrespect. They didn’t even bother starting up my trade in, let alone opening the door. So I’m not sure how this estimate was made. (Rust free). Better yet, the vehicle I was interested in had a salt sprayer in the bed, and before we even got to the truck I was told “we won’t be able to test drive today”. Who on earth goes to a dealership with the intent of buying a car without being able to drive it first? I was not a walk in customer, I had an appointment scheduled. Anyway, I also got hit with the 2500 fee for not being a recent graduate, first responder, or rewards customer or whatever it’s called. Genuinely not a single person could be all three of those. I understand having that only written in fine print on your own website, but coming from a 3rd party site (car gurus), usually a listed price means that’s what the car costs besides tax and fees. I feel bad for the sales people, due to them being forced to scam customers in broad daylight. No clue how or why anyone would do business here. If 0 stars was possible that’s what it should have.

The employee(s) are not totally forthcoming with the sales policy. Deceptive practice are highly unacceptable and inappropriate. Very poor transparency and communication. They actively lost a sell due to it. I was willing to buy two cars which would been a total of two sales at once. Very clear they place profit over customers. Any good business understands the customers are the life blood of any business. The practices here boarders a fine line of fraud waste and abuse.

Worked with Matt and ended up with a car that I really like. Maybe more than I intended to spend, but Matt was helpful and honest and not pushy. It was one of the better car buying experiences I’ve had.

I worked with Matt and he helped me purchase a Q3 Audi. I thank him so much and he is very good at what he does :) - Updating my review from when I first got my 2022 Audi Q3. I had traded in my reliable car that I did not have issues with and I have been experiencing issues since this new car and have been paying out of pocket as I have a “warranty”. I’ve never had to constantly take a car to a shop the way I have been with this one. Let alone my Volkswagen I traded in was never in the shop for issues like this. I feel as if this dealership does not care if you have further problems with the cars they sell and they do not talk about problems with the cars because they do not want to steer you away from making a sale with them. All they care about is that they got your money and the final sale is done it seems. I’m stuck with constant problems, I’m very disappointed and regret my choices. In this economy, the money I’m putting into this car when it’s the last thing I should be putting money into is very upsetting. Thanks for reading!
